Pattern Making Process:
At Bashspo Wear, the Pattern Master is the key to turning design concepts into perfectly fitting garments. They carefully translate sketches into precise patterns, ensuring the right fit, structure, and fabric compatibility. With a keen eye for detail, they adjust patterns to enhance the garment’s shape and comfort. They also anticipate fabric behavior, making necessary allowances for stretch and shrinkage. Once perfected, the pattern is handed off for cutting, ensuring seamless production. The Pattern Master’s expertise ensures every garment fits flawlessly and reflects high-quality craftsmanship.
Pattern Cutting Process:
The first step in our production journey is pattern cutting. At Bashspo Wear, we use sophisticated software and tools to create the patterns for each garment. These patterns are the blueprint for the design and include all the essential details—like measurements, stitching lines, and any design features. Our skilled pattern makers carefully create these patterns to ensure the fit and flow of each garment are perfect, allowing for smooth construction later on.
Pattern Tracing Process:
After the pattern is cut, it’s carefully traced onto the fabric. This step ensures that the pieces of fabric will be cut accurately and in line with the pattern. Skilled workers use chalk, markers, or tracing wheels to carefully outline the pattern pieces on the fabric, paying close attention to grainlines, designs, and any additional details required. This ensures every garment will be cut to fit the design specifications.
Fabric Cutting Process:
Now comes the fabric cutting phase. We select the finest fabrics based on the design requirements—whether it’s cotton, polyester, blends, or specialty fabrics—and ensure they’re carefully laid out in layers for efficient cutting. Using both traditional cutting tools and automated machines, we precisely cut the fabric pieces according to the traced patterns. This step is crucial for minimizing fabric waste and ensuring that each garment’s components are consistent and accurate.
Sublimation Process:
For designs that require vibrant, long-lasting prints, we move on to the sublimation process. Bashspo Wear specializes in sublimation printing, which allows us to transfer intricate designs onto fabrics with amazing color fidelity. Sublimation ink is heated until it turns into gas, which then bonds with the fibers of the fabric, creating a design that’s embedded into the fabric. This process ensures that the print won’t crack, peel, or fade over time, delivering vibrant, high-quality designs that last.
Embroidery Process:
For logos, text, or other intricate designs, we use the embroidery process. Our embroidery machines stitch the design directly onto the garment with great precision. We select the best thread types and colors for each design to ensure the embroidery stands out beautifully against the fabric. Whether it’s a small logo on a sleeve or a detailed design across the chest, our embroidery process ensures crisp, sharp lines and an elegant finish.
Screen Printing Process:
In addition to sublimation and embroidery, we also utilize screen printing for designs that require bold, flat colors or large prints. Screen printing involves creating stencils (or screens) for each color in the design, then pressing the ink through the screen to transfer the design onto the fabric. This process is ideal for large runs of designs that require solid color application, and it’s an effective way to print intricate or vibrant designs on various fabrics.
Production Process:
Once all the design elements (sublimation, embroidery, or screen printing) have been completed, the pieces are sewn together to form the final garment. This is the production phase, where skilled seamstresses carefully assemble the fabric pieces, adding any necessary finishing touches like stitching, zippers, or buttons. Every garment goes through a meticulous process to ensure the fit and finish are perfect, making sure that each piece of clothing is comfortable, durable, and of the highest quality.
Checking Process:
After production, each garment undergoes a rigorous quality check. This is where we inspect every detail—such as the stitching, fit, print, and overall construction—ensuring that no defects are present. We also make sure that the design matches the approved sample, checking for color accuracy, alignment, and consistency. Only those garments that pass this thorough inspection move forward to the packing stage, ensuring our customers receive products of the highest standard.
Packing Process:
Once the garments pass the quality check, they are carefully folded and prepared for packing. At Bashspo Wear, we ensure that each garment is neatly packed to avoid any damage during transit. We use high-quality packing materials, such as protective polybags, to safeguard the garments. Each item is carefully labeled, and if necessary, additional items like tags or labels are added at this stage to complete the garment.
Box Packing Process:
After the individual garments are packed, they’re grouped into larger boxes for shipment. We follow a structured and organized box packing process to ensure the garments arrive in pristine condition. Our packing team arranges the garments neatly within the boxes, making sure to leave enough space for ventilation and preventing any creases or damage. Each box is then sealed securely and labeled for easy identification during shipping.
Shipping Process:
Finally, the packed boxes are ready for shipment. At Bashspo Wear, we partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery.
